Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Bookings

All items are made to order and subject to availability.
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit/payment has been made.
Prices may vary depending on design complexity, detail and size.

2️⃣ Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure all custom orders.
Remaining balance is due at least 5 days before pickup/delivery.
Orders under $50 must be paid in full at time of booking.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (or other approved methods).

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the order.

3️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, as time and materials are allocated to your order.
Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup/delivery cannot be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind once production has begun.

4️⃣ Changes to Orders

Any changes (design, quantity, date etc.) must be requested minimum 7 days prior.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

5️⃣ Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Sprinkle Street Bakes handles common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts & soy.
While care is taken, all products may contain traces of allergens.
Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies when ordering.

We cannot accept liability for allergic reactions.

6️⃣ Design & Creative Variation

Every treat is handcrafted — colours, shapes and decorations may vary slightly.
Digital mockups/inspiration images are used as a guide only and exact replication may not always be possible.
We reserve the right to adjust designs if necessary for safety, quality or structure.

7️⃣ Pickup

Pickup location: Deanside, Victoria at the agreed time.
Customers are responsible for safe transport once collected.
We are not liable for any damages that occur after pickup.

Cakes must travel on a flat surface and be kept cool.

8️⃣ Delivery

Local delivery available for an additional fee.
Someone must be present to receive the order — items cannot be left unattended.
Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9️⃣ Shipping

Only sugar cookies and cookies with no wet toppings are eligible for shipping.
We are not responsible for courier delays or damage in transit once dispatched.

🔟 Storage & Care

Care instructions will be provided — customers must follow these to ensure product quality.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or handling.

1️⃣1️⃣ Photos & Social Media

Photos of your order may be used for marketing/social media.
If you wish to keep your order private until after your event, please notify us at time of booking.
