At Sprinkle Street Bakes, every order is freshly baked and handled with care so your treats arrive beautifully for your celebration.

🏡 Pickup (All Products)

Pickup is available from Deanside, Victoria at your scheduled time.

​

Please ensure:

• You arrive at the confirmed pickup time

• Products are kept cool and transported on a secure, flat surface
   

Once collected, product care becomes the responsibility of the customer.

🚗 Local Delivery (Selected Areas)

Local delivery is available for an additional fee.

Pricing depends on distance and will be confirmed upon booking.

Local delivery is available for:

•  Custom Cakes

• Cupcakes

•  Sugar cookies

•  Brownies & treat boxes
   

Someone must be available to receive delivery — items cannot be left unattended due to weather and food safety concerns.

📬 Shipping (Limited Treats Only)

Shipping is only available within Australia for:

• Sugar cookies

•  Cookies with no wet toppings (e.g., buttercream, fresh fruit, etc.)

We do not ship:
❌ Cakes
❌ Cupcakes
❌ Products requiring refrigeration
❌ Fragile items that are easily damaged in transit

Cookies are individually sealed and securely packaged for protection.

Postal delays may occur — once with the courier, this is beyond our control.

🕒 Lead Times

All orders are custom made.
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance for shipped items and busy event dates.

⚠️ Damages / Transit Issues

While we pack shipped items with great care, we cannot accept responsibility for:

• Rough handling by courier services

• Weather-related melting or spoilage

• Delays in transit

We will always assist where possible 💕

🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to pickup or delivery must be made at least 72 hours prior.
Custom orders become non-refundable once production has begun.
